How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply:

  1. Send an email to support@resumebuildai.online with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address and the date of purchase
  3. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or bank account).

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase
  • Only the most recent payment is eligible for refund
  • Refunds are limited to one per user
  • Credits earned through the referral program are non-refundable

What Happens After Refund

  • Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
  • You'll retain access to up to 2 resumes (additional resumes will be archived, not deleted)
  • You can re-subscribe to Premium at any time
  • Your resume data will not be deleted

Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscriptions older than 7 days
  • Referral credits and bonus features
  • Partial-month refunds (we don't prorate)

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We're always happy to resolve issues directly.
