By accessing or using ResumeBuildAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

ResumeBuildAI provides an AI-powered resume building platform that includes:

• A web-based resume editor with live preview
• ATS (Applicant Tracking System) analysis powered by Google Gemini AI
• PDF resume export functionality
• A referral and affiliate program
• Premium subscription plans with enhanced features

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• One person may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Free Plan: Includes 2 resumes, 1 ATS analysis per month, and access to 3 templates. Free forever with no credit card required.

Premium Plan (₹399/month): Unlimited resumes, unlimited ATS analysis, all templates, PDF export, and AI bullet point rewrites. Billed monthly through Razorpay.

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

• Each user receives a unique referral code upon registration
• You earn 5 credits for each friend who signs up using your code
• Credits can be used toward premium features
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, and fraudulent activity will result in account termination
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program

• You retain full ownership of all content you create on ResumeBuildAI
• We do not claim any rights to your resume content
• The ResumeBuildAI platform, design, code, and brand are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
• Submit false or misleading resume information
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the free tier
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service

ResumeBuildAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Job application outcomes based on resumes created with our tool
• Accuracy of AI-generated suggestions or ATS scores
• Service interruptions or data loss beyond our control
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page or by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
